NFT Usage is strictly forbidden.

AI usage with my art is also strictly forbidden. Every artist has a chance for his work to be compromised by AI so just for the Love of Art, DON'T!

By commissioning me, you hereby agree that you have Read and Accepted all the terms are presented on this page.

Designs and Art commissioned or purchased premade is for Personal Use and Non-profit purposes, unless specified otherwise.

Always remember to credit to me should you choose to post the art or designs.

The artist retains rights over the artwork, including posting on social media.

Should you find yourself in breach of any of the previously mentioned terms, you will be added to my blacklist indefinetly.

You do not own the rights to use the Art or Designs for Merchandise or Animation - A separate fee is charged for Rights and Royalties.

Do not redistribute or resell commissioned or bought premade work without, prior discussion.

AI and NFT-related use is Strictly Forbidden.

Hateful Images or Designs of any kind.

Explicit content - I have nothing against sexy themes or ideas, I'm just really reluctant about showing private parts - Reach out, we can talk it out.

Art or Designs based on stolen or AI-generated material. If that's all you have to show me what you wanted me to create we can take it from there.

Graphic gore, mechs and technical specific designs also have a low chance of beeing accepted as commissions.

The artist retains the right to make Content, Livestream or Record the Commissions unless we agreed on something else beforehand.

Extra commercial fees can be negociated for full private commissions such as Gifts for friends or a future Merchandise drop for your following etc.

I enjoy creative freedom, so just a basic concept for me to start is enough, you dont' NEED a notebook's worth of information to get a project started.

Feel free to give me anything from mood boards to photos, screenshots or descriptions you might have to guide the project.

Work-in-Progress status updates are typically send through Discord.

Most of the payments go through my Ko-Fi page and that is connected to STRIPE.

All commissions require upfront payment in full before the request is started.

Revisions at the begining of the project are always welcomed and appreciated.

Additional fees will be charged in the Later stages based on the complexity of the revision.

After the project has been approved and pushed forward, I have the right to charge extra should a revision go back on the progress already approved or reverse the revision.

Deadlines will be discussed in advance and in some cases a Rush Fee can be negociated if my calendar allows and you are in a rush.

Patience is always greatly appreciated.

Kindly, please refrain from making repetead inquiries. In general allow me a 24 to 48 hour timeframe to answer back.

I will always try to provide a very close estimate with the Delivery time , but be advised completion time varies.

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the slot in the calendar is locked and no Refunds will be given out past that point.

Should any other situation occur, I will personally handle any refund scenario as soon as possible and with the highest priority!
